Vanishing emails: Max Enterprise 7.5 and Groupwise 5.0

Once I have read an email via Maximizer, it disappears out of the Groupwise mailbox. I want to keep it there for reference, not vanish once it is read. I can't find anywhere in email preferences where this feature can be turned off. Any advice welcome.

It's OK - our computer experts figured it out.....if anyone else has this problem, you need to set it to "override extended MAPI" in the email preferences tab.
