I am using Maximizer CRM V10. I find the ability to view all activities for a selected company a very useful feature however the pop-up window doesn't show the contact name just the activity, date/time and the assigned user. Is there a way of getting the contact associated with a task included in the list?

PeterK, When you call up the "View Activities for. . ." you won't see the actual contact for each activity. However, if you double click that activity you should see who the specific contact was for that particular activity. However, if you're trying to just look at the list of activities as a whole and see the contact I would suggest that you add the contacts name in as a part of the Activity Description. Such as "Follow up call to John Doe." I began this habit many years ago when Maximizer would only sync my appointments to my smartphone but would not connect it with any specific contact or company.

You can also print the list which will show the entire set of details for a company's activities, including the contact to which the activity was initially connected to. To do that in the "View" window click "More," "Print," and then make the appropriate choice from that list. You may also choose "Preview" and you can then see the entire list with all of your information on it as well.
