Viewing Thunderbird email in Maximizer 9.5

I have been trying to test Thunderbird with Maximizer 9.5 eCRM. I can get it to work but there seems to be a problem when reading emails in Maximizer. We apprear to read all the characters from the message source. For example an email that should be:

Hi Mike,

Not really ...

READS AS

Hi Mike,
=20
Not really ....

This can get very confusing and sometimes makes the message unreadable. Anyone know of a fix?
