Error Code 19 can be caused by corruption but it is also very commonly a sign of networking issues. If this is a single user system try disconnecting your computer from all networks. reboot off the network. Do you still get the problem? If not something in your network/routing may be the cause. You can also try opening the Maximizer Tutorial database (connected or unconnected from the network). Does this also give error 19? If not it may be a problem in your database.
Not all problems are fixed by verify/repair. You may wish to contact us if you suspect you have unrepairable data errors.
One last thought.... does your computer go to sleep if you leave it alone? Error 19 can occur if you didn't close Maximizer first and later wake it from a power saved state and expect to carry on as if nothing happened.
