Where is Maximizer user/configuration data stored on Win2K clients?

Try deleting the AMGR key from the folder Gord mentions under both CURRENT_USER and LOCAL_MACHINE.

I've seen deleting the AMGR key fix a number of strange issues before.

If you've already done BPWindow, this would be what I try next. After deleting AMGR, reboot and try again.

Thank you very much for your guidance. With your help, I was finally able to resolve the issue of the one user on the Win2K workstation. I did not find the AMGR key anywhere in the registry (Win2K and Maximizer 6.0), but did go ahead and delete all entries under the CURRENT_USER\Software\Maximizer Technologies\Maximizer except the license info. Restarted the station and voila, perfect. I had to reset a few properties that were previously entered in the registery, but that was expected. I guess that one of the entries somehow got corrupted and caused this issue. By removing them and restarting Maximizer, the user info was recreated.
