Dear Support. I have a question regarding the integration of Maximizer with MS Word. I frequently use the Mail Merge facility to insert addresses and names into letters that I mail out. Before I mail them out, I break the links between the document and Maximizer so that the text in the document is normal. I check to see that the links no longer exist. However when I reopen the document MS Word tells that it is "Updating Fields in the Document". Frequently this takes a long time and sometimes I have to restart word. Does anyone know if there is a way to avoid this? I would have thought that considering I have broken the links, there wouldn't be any links to update . . . Any help would be greatfully received.
