I am trying out Maximizer, so not sure it can do this, I'm hoping someone can help with my query;

I have contacts in outlook 2003 which I can copy over without too much hassle, I can copy over individual emails and they end up with the appropriate contact, so far so good.

What does not seem to be happening, which I assumed would is that any new emails that come in still need to be copied manually, I had hoped that if a contact was already in maximizer that the email would come into that contact's document tab, maybe I have not configured something?

Another thing I can't figure out is how to bring in the email history (received/sent emails) for each of the contacts that I have copied over, is this possible or does that need to be done manually one email at a time?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

To save emails in bulk:
In the Address Book window, select the entry into which you wish to save emails.
In the Email window, verify that "Show Address Book Entry" is selected.
In the Email window, select the messages you wish to save into the current Address Book entry.
Choose Edit > Save Email Message > Save Selected Email Messages.
All selected emails are saved to the selected Address Book entry.

I'm afraid that Maximizer doesn't automatically handle incoming e-mail for you. The Max to Outlook link is just a link not an automated service I'm afraid.
