After installation of Maximizer CRM v10.5 server edition on first computer, I created a new address book which could be opened well. Then I installed workstation edition on second computer via the shared folder on server, but when I started Maximizer CRM on workstation and it could not open address book. The small window showed address book name and location (see attached picture). I clicked the Open button, but nothing happens.
Can someone help me? Thanks a lot

Another things are:
1. During installation of server edition on first computer, when I select SQL Server name, Dell-Server did not work but Dell-Server\MAXIMIZER work.
2. During installation of workstation edition on second computer, it did not ask to install SQL Server.
