I'm looking for some assistance on a problem that I am encountering with Maximizer CRM v10. The problem exist with the toolbar option and menu bar option known as "Write An Email" being greyed out. I've checked under File > Preferences > Email and made sure that the Email option had "notes" toggled for it's option to place the email under the documents tabe in Max, but I'm not meeting with any success on this. The button and the "Action" option for Write An Email are both greyed out even still. Can anyone point out a solution for this problem? I've seen something previously about this on this forum, but after applying all the inputs it (the post) suggested, it still has this problem. The user I'm supporting has only had this problem start to occur in the past 3 or 4 days. Perhaps this is a MAPI issue? Maximizer is tied into/connecting to an MS 2003 R2 Exchange Server in this environment via an Outlook 2007 email client.
