Wrong e-mail encoding

I'm trying to send e-mail using Automated campaigns, but have problem with their encoding. Body seems to be ok, when using utf-8, but subject is sometimes incorrectly displayed - on Gmail good, in Outlook 2010 and some other freemails bad. I'm using diacritical mark in that e-mails. Any tips for solution? Thanks.

I got it: In Administration -> File -> Preferences -> Automated services -> Email -> Character set used by email service.
