The logins in the Maximizer database do not have an associated login on the new SQL server. You can fix this as follows:
- Open the Maximizer administrator
- Login to the affected Address Book as Master
- Click on Utilities->System Configurations
- Click Synchronize
This will Synchronize user IDs and passwords in the current Maximizer Address Book with the database server.
i tried the this and it does not work. is there any other suggestions.
Connect to the SQL server using SQL management studio and check the users from there.
If there is a login for them in the database but no matching server logins then they are orphaned. This article explains how to fix them. Ideally a database administrator would do this for you.
